They walk past me while I'm walking and conversing with a female friend of mine and one of them says "Hello there!" in my native language thinking I wouldn't speak it anyway.
I turn around immediately and say: "Hello right back at you!" she's in a shock while I say: "didn't expect that did you?"
They try to make a comeback, fail miserably and quickly walk away!
I just smile and feel a little victory!
I speak way too many languages!
